Promotional emails and unwanted subscriptions always results in a cluttered inbox. The new Gmail interface will automatically organize the important mails, subscriptions and promotions, but people who are using email clients and different email services definitely need a third party application to organize their mails. There are applications available to unsubscribe from the unwanted web applications on the Internet. It can stop further emails, but manually cleaning your messy inbox is not an easy task. So, today I’ve come with a new application called “MailStrom”, which cleans all the unwanted mails from your inbox in just seconds. Here’s how it works.
Mailstrom has both free and premium accounts. In the free version, you have limitations in deleting the emails. Initially you can delete up to 1250 mails from your inbox. After that, you will get an offer to delete one more 125o mails from your email account. Totally, you can delete 2500 junk mails from your email account with just a few clicks. To start with the application, first you need to register with your email id. As of now, the app doesn’t support Yahoo, other than that, it works great for Gmail and other popular mail services. Once you complete the registration and authorize the app, it will list all the promotional and subscribed emails as shown in the screenshot.
The left most panel on the window helps you view emails based on different categories. By default, it will be on “Sender” option. The most number of mails received from a Sender will be available at the top. If you think that’s unwanted, you can delete all of them by selecting the Sender. Also, you can select multiple senders and delete all the emails at once. Other options like Subject, time, size, etc., can also be used to find mails and delete it. The interface of the application is very simple and easy to understand.
Once you hit the limit, you can subscribe to a monthly plan for $4.95. If you find the application is necessary for your email account, you can choose the yearly plan for $39 and save some money. Try the free application on your cluttered email id and share your experience with us in the comments. Thanks for reading, do share this post with your friends.
