While Googling around I came across one website displaying Sony Ericsson Concept phone named as Sony Ericsson French Luxury, or Sony Ericsson FL which is made to celebrate the July 14 French National Day, also known as Bastille Day.

Imagined by MobiFrance, the “Sony Ericsson Eiffel Tower” should measure 115 millimeters in height and 45 millimeters in width. Due to the unusual form factor, the thickness of the handset varies, from only 7 millimeters at the top to 19 millimeters at the bottom.

The luxury phone should bring a wide 4 inch OLED touch screen display, a 7.2 Megapixel camera, dual speakers and a full set of other high-end features.
