Simply right click the folder or file and select Unlocker
If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear
Simply click Unlock All and you are done! Now Try to Delete that file.

unlocker is a great applications for deleting files which are in use, I have been using it for so long.
even it helps in removing pen drive when you are not able to remove them manually with windows.
