Every now and then Windows Users need to Tweak, Repair or Clean their operating system. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
Steps of How to Delete File/Folder currently in Use using Unlocker
Simply right click the folder or file and select Unlocker
If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear
Simply click Unlock All and you are done! Now Try to Delete that file.
No only you have Delete option but also you can move and rename file and folder currently in use

unlocker is a great applications for deleting files which are in use, I have been using it for so long.
even it helps in removing pen drive when you are not able to remove them manually with windows.
