This feature allows you to influence your search experience by adding, moving, and removing search results. When you search for the same keywords again while you are logged in to your Google account, you’ll continue to see those changes. If you later want to revert your changes, you can undo any modifications you’ve made.

Note: This is an experimental feature served to a random selection of participants and may be available for only a few weeks.

→ 1^st Two buttons lets you to push particular Search Result Up or Down

→ click on X to Remove Perticular SearchResult from Page

→ Third Button lets you to add Comments

At the → Top of Google Search Result you can see two new links,

Everyone’s Edit :- Displays Edits Done By Every one

Review Edit :- Review all your Edits

Two More Features along with Edit Search result are

1)→ Suggest Better Webpage

2) → Profile Page

Profile Page displays all of your edits, and apparently everyone else’s edits are searchable.
