Twitter Connects to Google Calendar

Google Calendar is excellent webservice to manage your appointments, events and agendas. We have reviewed several applications like GoogleCal and Google Calendar Desktop gadget to get Google Calendar services on your desktop. Today we are here with one unique webservice Twittercal.

Twittercal is a free service that connects your Twitter account to your Google Calendar. Once you have connected Twittercal you can start Adding events in a snap from your favorite Twitter client or with online twitter interface. Twittercal uses a bot called “gcal” that process and forward messages to your Google Calendar.

How to Get Started with TwitterCal

1. Login to your twitter client

2. Add gcal as your friend

3. Grant twittercal access to your Google calendar

4. Start adding any events by sending a direct message to gcal
