Google Webmaster is one of important web service from google which lets you to know in and out about Google Search Engine related issues. All sorts of issue like website indexing and crawling, outbound links, inbound links, Google Pagerank etc. details are available with Google Webmasters.
Google is working hard to make its webmaster central more useful and transparent to webmasters. Google Webmasters has introduced many new useful features in past like detailed 404 pages list, shot description tags and duplicate title tags.
Here is one more great feature from Google Webmaster Central, You ever wanted to know all the links pointing to non existing or say error 404 pages of your websites ? if answer is yes then that’s what the new feature of Google webmaster is going to provide.
Google Webmaster have added a new column ‘Link From’ in Not Found tab of Web Crawler diagnostic section. This Link From column will display the source links which is pointing to non existing pages of your website.

Previously it was very difficult to find pages or links which is causing Not Found pages (error 404) for Google Crawler but now with this new feature of Google Webmaster you will instantly know which link is resulting to dead 404 page of website. Please keep is mind that source link (backlink) could be originating from your website or from different website which you may or may not own.
I am really happy with this new feature of Google Webmasters and I really would like to thanks to google webmaster team for providing such a nice and extremely useful feature.
