Assistive Touch is one of the unique features of iOS, which let the users to access some of the important controls done through physical buttons on the device. For instance, you can lock the screen using the Assistive Touch without using the power button on your phone. How To Get Assistive Touch on Android
Assistive Touch for Android is a free application and you can download it from the Play Store using the link below. Once you complete the installation, you will be redirected to the homepage as shown in the screenshot below. By default, the app will be disabled, click the circle in the middle to enable the assistive touch. The options in the first row are the application settings.
In the first option Background, you can choose the background of the floating controls from the wide variety of color palettes. In the next option Icons, it lets you customize the assistive touch icon displayed on your home screen. Apart from the normal icons, there are a few emojis and transparent icons available to give a less distracting environment on your home screen and in other applications.
In the next “Settings” option, you can actually tweak the controls and options to be displayed on the floating screen. Inside the Settings window, you will see two options as shown in the screenshot below. In “Display” settings, you can adjust the animation speed of the controls, size of the floating window and transparency of the floating icon using the “Alpha” slider.
The settings and options in the floating window are completely customizable. In “Panel” settings, you can add or remove icons in the floating control panels. Apart from the default controls in the window, you can add more controls from the list of settings in the library. For instance, if you want to add the WiFi icon or any of your most used settings to the Main screen, you can choose that from the list. Both the Main and Setting window options can be customized here.
Since it’s a free application, ads will be displayed in the Settings window. There is no way of disabling the ads or an option for upgrading to the Premium Account.
