How To Easily Schedule Meetings Across Different Time Zones

Planning an event or a meeting in a different Time Zone needs a lot of work. You’ve to schedule everything based on the other place timings. Today I’ve come with a new web application called “World Meeting Time”, which helps people who travel to different time zones for meetings or appointments. There are apps available to see timings on different parts of the world, but this web app will let you plan meetings at different time zones at the same time. Let’s have a look at the features and functions of the app below.

To start with World Meeting Time, you don’t need to register or sign up with any social accounts. Just go to the website and start scheduling the meetings. There will two panels on the home page. In the left panel, you have the options of the app and on the right side you have the world map. By default, you can see two checkpoints on the map. It will show the guests selected from different countries. If you are fixing an appointment or a meeting with a person, you can move one of those checkpoints to the location you need.

In the left panel, Click “Add Another Guest” button  to add more guest from different time zones you want to fix an appointment. The app lets you add up to four more guests to the meeting. When you select the location of a guest, it will show the current date and time of the location. To schedule a meeting with all those members, click the “Schedule Meeting” button on the left panel. It will open a sidebar from the left with all the information of added members as shown in the screenshot.

First, you have to choose the meeting time duration, then type the guest’s email address individually in the text box. This is to inform all the guests about the scheduled meeting time and details. You can add location and other information about the meeting in the comment box below. Click “Email the other parties” button to send the meeting schedule to all the selected guests.
