ChartsNinja: A Simple Way to Create Charts Online

Charts are always a better option when you want to visualize any data. They give the reader a much deeper understanding on of the numbers and help them speculate about the future numbers in a better way. To get started, all you need to do is register for a free account on ChartsNinja and head over to the “Generator”. It will show you some a bar chart by default but you can change it from the Styles menu in the sidebar. In the free account, you can only create Bar chart and Pie chart. You can manage and change the data set from the Data tab. All you need to do is enter the information which you want to visualize in a form of a chart and let ChartsNinja handle the rest. There is a Import CSV option but its only available in the premium plans.

After entering the data go to the Style tab and customize the appearance and colors of the chart as well as the data set.  From the Settings tab, you can modify the height and width of the chart as well as its title.

After you are done with the chart, simply hit the “Save and Get Code” button and it will give you the embed code which be used to publish the chart on any website. It’s HTML5 based and will work with almost all web browsers. Also note that the free version is ad-supported.

Overall, ChartNinja provides a simple way to create and publish charts online in few minutes. In the free account, you can only create 2 charts with 2 data sets comprising of 4 rows.
