If you come across any profile or community which is marked as bad by Complex Orkut Algorithm, You will instantly see a message notifying you that “Profile/ Community is bad may be harmful to you, do you want to proceed ? “. (i dont have exact message text)

As per This news source, Orkut had developed a complex algorithm to analyze authenticity of Orkut User profiles and Communities.

Please Note:- I don’t have any screenshots of this new Orkut feature and this feature is activated to only set of users. In Oder to experience Orkut safety filter feature you have to wait till 21 October, 2008 (This date is just my speculation). you might see this new feature within a week.
