Apple iPad tablet announced at Apple event on 28 January has been center of media attention till today. Apple iPad Pre-order has begun from March 15 and approximates 120,000 units of iPad has been preordered. Apple iPad is also center of attention of iPhone hackers as it is based on iPhone OS 3.2.

Jailbreaking Apple products like iPhone, iPod Touch not only brings tons of publicity but also satisfaction of achievement which is enough to encourage iPhone hackers to become first one to jailbreak iPad tablet. Until today none iPhone hacker has openly accepted working on iPad jailbreak, even infamous iPhone Dev team is also silent on iPad jailbreaking.

The first person to accept working on iPad jailbreak tool is Joshua Hill aka Posixninja member of chronic dev team, he has just tweeted about accepting donations (to help him in getting iPad) if users are interested in iPad jailbreak.

As a proof Posixninja has also tweeted screenshot of alleged iPad jailbreak tool, “Greenpois0n”.

We are not sure how much legit this screenshot is but considering past reputation of P0sixninja he might have working exploit to jailbreak iPad Apple tablet.

Even if P0sixninja has working iPad jailbreak tool you still need to wait until Apple actually starts shipping iPads i.e April 3, 2010.
