    Thank you for the information.

Are there any installed program prerequisites for Step 2? On my system, typing that command simply returns a “>” prompt in the terminal window. Possible to clarify that step or provide some possible “problem workarounds” for a first time Ubuntu user? Thx!

Following up on my previous post, just figured out what needed to be done. For what it’s worth~

    - Type,
    gpg –keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371 –recv-key 881574DE

    - Hit

    Then, type

    gpg -a –export 881574DE | sudo apt-key add -

    Hit

Hope that helps, or I’m the only who missed it, fifty lashes on me :0)

ERM! had the same problem with step 2
    then when i use gpg –keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371 –recv-key 881574DE
    terminal responds with
    usage: gpg [options] [filename]

    ??
seems more lashes are in due! but to whom?! me or one of u guys!?
    cheers!

Is it just me doing something wrong or is the file bisigi-themes missing from the server or something becous i get that it couldn’t find anything matching.

    Try this in the terminal:

    1) gpg –keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com –recv 881574DE

    hit enter, then type

    2) gpg –export 881574DE | sudo apt-key add -

    :)

Here is the fix… the above comment was close but I think he lost some things in the copying of the commands.
    First:
    gpg –keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:11371 –recv-key 881574DE
    Then:
    gpg -a –export 881574DE | sudo apt-key add -

The problem with the above commands is the double dashes before ‘keyserver’, ‘recv-key’, and ‘export’ are being formated into a differnet dash-thing-a-ma-bob?!?! So once I hit submit, my ‘fix’ may be formated from a double-dash to a single dash-thingy by the webserver/form I’m filling out.

If that didn’t make any sense and you are still having problems read it again…. the answer to the problem is there :)

I’m a fan of good themes and love to customize my desktop, I started searching for the best Ubuntu / Gnome Themes. I downloaded loads of them, bookmarked and saved the pages for further use. You can access what I have collected on my blog Ubuntu Dan. I hope this was helpful!
