That is you have to just need to type few keys of your program to launch.

Once installed Launchy hides itself in background, pressing ALT+SPACE BAR will bring forward Launchy app. Just type few characters of your program and Launchy will list programs list matching with typed characters. Then hit enter and your Program will start running.
