Enable Disabled Windows Functionality By Virus & Spyware with WinRecover

In past we have covered Re-Enable portable utility to re enable disabled functionality of Windows. Now here is yet another similar utility WinRecover with more functionality than Re-Enable. Often when your PC gets infected with virus or spyware one or more windows functions like task manager, registry edit command prompt etc gets disabled by virues.

    i had a virus and it wouldn’t go away until AVG came through. Then, to my dismay my task manager wouldn’t open. Somehow, this does it!! It does it so quickly i couldn’t believe it until my task manager booted up again. Thank you very much for this post.

    err, just wondering but why is it in spanish. there is a translation but still doesn’t translate totally…?
