Microsoft has started adding many new services, last week was full of news from Microsoft. We have seen many new services launched from Microsoft including Microsoft Live Mesh Tech Preview, Minimise-me.
Microsoft Live Mesh Tech Preview is kind of Synchronizing Service, which lets you to synchronize all your devices, Mobile Devices, Notebook, Desktops. Their could be many scenarios where Live Mesh can become handy. Here one such tutorial of Live Mesh Tech Preview which lets you to synchronizing your Brower Favorite.
Live Mesh Tutorial – Synchronize Your Brower Favorite
→ Go to your Favorite Folder on Your Device-A and Right Click Add and Select “Add folder to your Live Mesh”
→ In synchronization settings, select the devices to which you want to synchronize your favorites with.
Your Device-A is now set up to sync your favorites. Uploading process will take some time depending upon your Network Speed
→ Go to C:\Users\[Username]\Live Mesh Folders\ of your Device -B. Here you will see a blue colored (faded) shortcut for your Favorites folder. Double click on it and set the location (usually C:\Users\[Username]\Live Mesh Folders\) of your Favorites folder on the Device-B to synchronize with all the favorites from your Device-A and Live Desktop.
We have done it with Synchronizing between your Device-A, Live Desktop, and Device-B
Similarly, you can repeat step 3 to synchronize your favorites with any other device.
Possibilities are endless with different scenarios where we can use Live Mesh. Please keep in mind that in order to use Microsoft Live Mesh service you need to have Windows Live ID.
