Enable Tethering on iPhone 3.1.2 OS

Well you can still get back your lost tethering ability on iPhone 3.1.2 but only if you have jailbreaked iPhone 3G/3GS 3.1.2, If you have not then simply follow our iPhone OS 3.1.2 jailbreak guide. Now follow below steps to get tethering on iPhone 3.1.2.

How to Enable Tethering on iPhone 3.1.2 OS

1. Go to Cydia installer and search & install the MyWi app. This will install the Rock app.

2. Launch the Rock app, you will need to create a Rock ID,

3. And now there will be an update to the MyWi app….run it. It will prompt you to a “soft restart” or a re-spring.

4. Open MyWi and turn USB/Bluetooth tethering on. Now reboot the phone. After the restart, go to Settings–General–Network–Internet Tethering.

That’s it, You have successfully enabled Tethering on iPhone 3.1.2.
