after using ultrasn0w to unlock my iphone 3g fw 3.1.2 it says ‘searching…” at the top left corner. then goes to “no service.” how do i make it work? please help

Seems I tried that (and Blacksn0w), it still says “searching..” at the top and the seleced provider is restricted.
Blackra1n let me install Cydia to my IPhone now and that’s it. it used to install Blacksn0w too…
tried these insrtuctions via Cydia to no avail.
Ver. 3.1.2 (7D11)
FW 05.11.07
Latest Cydia
ITunes 9.0.1
Running Windows XP, and I used Blackra1n.exe to install Cydia to get to install repository Http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com
repository for Blackrain is http://blackra1n.com
