This user randomly contacted me. My guess is that he contacts users on Ebay who have bought an OEM Windows 7 product, tells them some sob story, then gives them this download link to "check the product key". When in reality, it most likely sends the product keys to him; which he can then use for himself as selling or w/e. This is just an assumption though, I could be wrong. It’s most likely a scam.
