In past we had covered JAWC a java based wallpaper manager to automatically download Flickr image and set it at desktop wallpaper for Windows XP. Here is similar tool FlickR WallPaper which is an easy to use application designed to help you download the current highlight picture from Flickr and set it as wallpaper.
Once you download and install Flickr Wallpaper it will reside in tray and will automatically download flickr image at specified time interval. You can change directory for saving flcikr image with unique file name.
