However whenever you set a filters to automatically mark labels for incoming emails a section of subject line gets filed with Gmail Labels and if you screen size is small for e.g  netbooks then it becomes increasingly difficult to read subject line.

This is a big issue for those who have habit of browsing emails based on subject line. for those users here is yet another productive feature from gmail labs. Now you can use “Remove Labels from Subjects” feature that automatically hides the labels from messages in your inbox, leaving plenty of space for the messages’ subjects.
