If you own 100’s of domains then chances are high that you may forget to renew your domain and if it’s well setup website then you may lose that domain/website forever. With increased in use of automated scripts and programs to snap expired domain names it’s very hard to get back.
You must monitor your domains status to prevent any such incidence. One way is to setup your domain for auto renewal and other way is to use domain monitoring software like Domain Status Reporter.
