
If you are logged in as normal or guest user then chances are high that you will be safe with any kind of viruses, worms and malicious scripts hosted on any websites since those users account runs with lower privileges which are not enough for any virus to infect your Windows.
However if you are logged in as Admin user then even small script of 2 kb size can damage your windows. It’s very risky to surf web while you are logged in with administrator account. But you can browse internet safely with help of DropMyRights a small tool provided by Microsoft.
The DropMyRights application was designed to be a very simple tool that will help users who must run as an administrator run applications in a much-safer context, that of a non-administrator.

It does this by taking the current user’s token, removing various privileges and SIDs from the token, and then using that token to start another process, such as Internet Explorer or Outlook. DropMyRights works just as well with Mozilla’s Firefox, Eudora, or Lotus Notes e-mail.
