The next generation Microsoft Office suite Office 2010/Office 14 has reached to first beta stage of development and many users have already got invitation to join Microsoft Office 2010 beta testing. Microsoft Office 2010 has got lots of new goodies in the form of new features.

Like Windows 7 Send Feedback tool Office 2010 has also got Send a smile. With Send-a-smile you can send your feedback, suggestions, features request etc about Office 2010 Technical Preview. Here is small guide on how to send feedback or report issue on Microsoft Office 2010 Technical Preview Beta.

Send-a-smile automatically installs with Office 2010, you’ll see two icons added to the notifications area of the taskbar: On Windows 7, you may need to specifically add them to the list of icons you want to see in the taskbar.

How to Send Feedback/ Report Issue In Microsoft Office 2010 Beta 1

1. You must click on Smile when you want to give positive feedback and click on Frown when there’s something you don’t like.

2. Now Click on the Smile or Frown to launch the Send-a-Smile tool.

3. In Send-a-Smile you have text box to type your comment as well as provision to send screenshot if there is some UI issue.

4. You can check/Uncheck options “Send A Screenshot with comment” & “Send Contact Information to Office @microsoft.com” as per your requirement.

5. Now click on Submit button to send Feedback.

I dont have a submit button on my Office 2010 smile or frown. I am using Windows XP SP3. Anyone else run into this?
