iPhone OS 3.1 Beta was made to available to registered Apple Developers on July 1 and almost after 2 week second beta of iPhone OS 3.1 is seeded to developers today. No major changes have been noticed yet.
Along with iPhone OS 3.1 Beta 2 apple has also released iPhone SDK 3.0 Beta 2. Unlocked must stay away from iPhone OS 3.1. If you have accidentally upgraded to iPhone OS 3.1 then check out guide on how to downgrade iPhone OS 3.1 to 3.0.
What’s new in iPhone OS 3.1 Beta 2
1. Developers can now work on their iPhone or iPod Touch over WiFi
2. Bug fixes to Xcode and various parts of the iPhone and iPod Touch software
3. IPCC Tethering no longer works
4. Fixed: iPod list views on music videos and audio books.

Glad to see 3.1 release. Will it support EAP-TTLS feature used for WiFi. I had problems in setting up EAP-TLS based system in old release. Now it is fixed.
Is it open to public for download or only for developers ?
