The first news of Windows 7 has reached to RTM was broke by Long Zheng from istartedsomthin in its cool way haswindows7rtmed.com, he has also posted Windows 7 Build details. As per Build string Windows 7 RTM has Build 7600 which a big jump from what we had in leaked Windows 7 Build 7264 from RTM branch.
The complete build string of Windows 7 RTM is 6.1.7600.16384.win7_rtm.090710-1945 meaning it was compiled on 10th July. Now its matter of time to Windows 7 RTM Build 7600 leak.
Windows 7 Center has reported one of user from China has Windows 7 RTM and he has already started uploading in 100 Mbs parts. Not all parts are uploaded yet so we need to wait some more time before concluding on authenticity of this leaked Windows 7 RTM Build 7600.
