Apple iPhone OS 3.0 release is almost here and soon you will have your hands on latest firmware 3.0 on iPhone & iPod Touch. However those users who want to unlock iPhone OS 3.0 might need to wait for some more time as yellowsn0w to unlock iPhone is 3.0 not yet available.
Today iPhone Dev Team is has posted some more information about Yellowsn0w iPhone 3.0 Unlock tool. On Tuesday evening iPhone Dev team is planning to have live demo of the yellowsn0w carrier unlock working on official 3.0 firmware.
The demo is intended to clear doubts and provide information about the new yellowsn0w.

The image doesn’t prove much, the iPhone is available on T-Mobile in Germany! Maybe a before and after might be more convincing, or as I came here for a video!

i upgraded my firmware to 3.0 . now because of jailbroken previous version 80% of my downloaded software is not showing i think because it was all categorised and hidden in the sliding dock including the setting menu, so i am unable to change or fix any settings.
is there an easier way to replace them?
I want to upgrade to this OS on my jailbroken iPhone, will it work with my network 3 contract sim?
