Windows Reactivation is small utility which enables you to backup and restore the Activation Status of an already activated installation of Windows XP. However you can’t use Windows Reactivation to restore activation status on different computers.

Whenever you activate your Windows XP a files is created called wpa.dbl which hold the activation information. The information in this file is specific to the original hardware of the computer it resides on. Using Windows Reactivator, you may backup this file prior to reinstalling Windows XP and thereafter restore the wpa.dbl file.
