Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Development Started ?

Once again Wzor.info has posted a controversial post about Microsoft windows 7.  As per Wzor Microsoft has started working on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 labeled as 7138.0.090523-xxxx-winmain_win7xxx_sp1_x, though compilation date can not be found as build number is blocked in a screenshot posted by wzor.

We have no idea why Microsoft would start working on Windows 7 SP1 so early and it makes no senses of having service pack before actual Windows 7 release. This could mean Microsoft is in process of implementing features which will be left out of Windows 7 final release due to time constrain.

Who knows it may be another marketing strategy of Microsoft to popularize Windows 7 among users.
