You might have noticed every time you open any document, video files, or audio files a shortcut to all those files gets added to My Recent Documents List in your Start Menu. This list is useful for those users who frequently need to access same sets of files as you can directly open from Start Menu-> My Recent Document list.
However if you are at work where multiple users need to access same computer then this Recent Document list can become threat to your privacy as it allows any one to see which files you have been accessing. You can manually clear this my recent document list but many users doesn’t know how to do it.
