Workaround/ Fix for Error 810003c1 of Windows Live Messenger

1. Login to your Windows Live Account/ Hotmail account (The account which you use to login to Messenger)

2. Click on Registered Information Link on your Windows Live Account

3. Now Change Home Location Country/Region filed & Work Location Country/Region field to anything other then (Cuba, Syria, Iran, Sudan, North Korea.).

4. Click on Save Button

That’s it Now Try to login into your Windows Live Messenger.
