Apple iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 5 Breaking biweekly pattern of iPhone OS 3.0 release apple has seeded fifth beta version of iPhone OS 3.0 (Build 7A312g) and a new version of the iTunes 8.2 pre-release to developers. No new features in the fifth beta version have been revealed at this early time.

Many Users at macrumors reporting MMS has been disabled but tethering is still possible in this latest iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 5. Like iPhone OS 3.0 beta 4 you need latest iTunes 8.2 Pre Release to install iPhone 3.0 beta 5.

Please keep in mind Betas are meant only for developers. Do not attempt to install iPhone OS 3.0 Beta 5.
