1. You need to copy ALL folders to C:\ and overwrite everything, however it will give you premission problems even if you copy as admin since lots of files are protected, so what i suggest is to boot it from Win7 english DVD (version doesnt matter), chose repair there and copy from that command prompt with xcopy. “1stcopyme.cmd” is added with English pack

2 Boot in to windows, it will still be in chinese, so you run “2ndrunmeasadmin.cmd” as admin and reboot your windows 7 build 7106 should be in english!

Please Note: 1stcopyme.cmd script only works if you have windows partition when booted from DVD on C:\ and 2ndrunmeasadmin.cmd is broken so just apply English in to registry and reboot
