First Redsn0w Beta to Jailbreak iPod Touch 2G Released

After jailbreaking and unlocking iPhone 3G and iPod Touch first generation the only left out apple device was iPod Touch 2G. After successfully releasing yellowsn0w on new years eve (iPhone 3G unlock tool) dev team started working on Redsn0w which is first iPod Touch 2G jailbreak tool. It took considerable amount of time to get first beta version of fully automated Redsn0w iPod Touch 2G jailbreak Tool.
Today iPhone Dev Team has released first beta version of redsn0w however it is suggest for only expert users as there is no GUI and you need to run from command line. If you are not fully confident with using the command line, then hold off for those simpler tools that will be released sometime soon.

I was able to pull off the jailbreak on a 2g ipod touch but I need to know how can I get an installer for the apps and how to install it?
