Recently YouTube announced Video Annotations where user can add annotation to their video to make it more interactive. Now here is another new feature rather a new channel.
On 6th June Youtube announced a new channel type names as “Reporter” Channel which is similar to other YouTube channels but specific to citizens and professionals dedicated to informing others about the news and events in their local communities and around the world.
Reporter Channel is made available for following class of users
- People who tote around their cameras offering “on-the-scene” coverage of local news and events
- Students producing their own weekly newscasts
- Active community members who conduct interviews with local leaders
- Engaged citizens who love providing commentary and analysis on important issues affecting the world at large
