Google has already announced about interest based advertising aka behavioral advertising and slowly started rolling out with selected publishers and on youtube.com. Google claims that Interest based advertising is part of their relevant advertising and it will improve user experience however truth is that Google is trying to invade user privacy.

Every time you visit website/blog partnered with google (google Adsense) it will store your surfing habit in cookie on your machine and next time when you again come across such website it will use this cookie to display ads which are based on your interest.
