Flickr is one of best image uploading and images sharing website with online photo management tools. You can have free or and paid account with flickr to suite your need. Free account is good for starter but it does have restriction on number of images, photos that can be uploaded.
Till today Flickr only allowed uploading videos to Pro Flickr Users, the paid users can upload video of 90 second. But Flickr has lifted this restriction and now any one can upload videos, free account as well as paid account users.
However free account users are only allowed to add two videos of 90 sec per month. Where Pro users can now upload High definition unlimited video for public viewing.
