Gmail team has added small but very useful feature. Many users tend to keep Gmail minimized or in an inactive tab while logged in to gmail inbox. Hence you need to every time open gmail window to see any new email is arrived or not.
While Gmail browser window is minimized or in an inactive mode you can only see “Gmail – Inbo…” at browser title bar. To make it little more productive Fëdor Karpelevitch, Google Software Engineer has added a tiny new feature to Gmail Labs called Title Tweaks that changes the order of the elements in the browser title bar to put the more important things first.
Once you turn on Title Tweaks from the Gmail Labs tab under Settings, your browser title bar will display something more like “Inbox (3) – Gma…”.

That way you can see how many unread email messages you have even if the gmail browser window is minimized.
