Recently Windows 7 latest build 7022 got leaked out from one of Russian website. Based on full build number of windows 7 build 7022 we can say that there is only one month of difference in compilation date of windows 7 build 7000 & build 7022.

1. Go to c:\windows\system or %systemroot%\system32 Directory.
2. Now locate shell32.dll and take ownership of file.
3. Rename shell32.dll to shell32.dll.bk. click continue on UAC prompt
4. Download Windows 7 Build 7022 shell32.dll
5. Extract content of above downloaded zip.
6. Now copy this new shell32.dll from above extracted files to your %systemroot%\system32 directory.
7. That’s it, Your new task pane is installed.
