win + p show a window in which you can choose screen extension/cloning for things like beamers or extra monitors.

Mare, I don’t think it is possible to change default shortcuts. I believe they are hard coded.

How can I disable/change Windows keyboard shortcuts?
I use Launchy and I invoke it with win+space, but now I can’t use that shortcut because it is bound to something useless in W7

@Martin : the main problem is there is no simple two-keys shortcut to create a folder, something that’s been in MacOS for years… Strange the Windows team didn’t add this in 7. They just made it a bit simpler to create a folder with adding a “new folder” button in the Explorer toolbar. Not enough…

@Oren – you have to have a video card that supports Aero. Check your video card drivers if you think yours is new enough to support Aero (DirectX 9 is required). Also, you may have to update your computer’s “Experience Index” to get it to work. (Type “Experience Index” on the Start button’s search field). Also, enable glass to get Aero enabled (use Start/Search to find it).
