About two weeks back on June 6th Apple had seeded first beta of iOS 5 for iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad. Now here is second beta of iOS 5 for developers. iOS 5 Beta 2 is available for download to the developers registered for Apple iOS Dev Program .
Unfortunately Apple doesn’t provide change log for beta iOS updates. But as per 9to5mac following few changes are noted in iOS 5 Beta. The list is not complete yet and will be updated as soon as more detaisl are available.
Wifi sync works with iTunes 10.5 Beta 2
iCloud Logo has been changed in Settings
Lockscreen notifications UI Changed
Along with iOS 5 Beta 2 Apple has also seeded iTunes 10.5 Beta 2 which is required in order to sync iOS device running iOS 5 Beta 2.

Please keep in mind only those users who has UUID registered can activate iOS 5 Beta 2, at any cost don’t attempt to download or install iOS 5 Beta 2.
