I have an email that displays the error message “We cannot connect to Windows Live right now” whenever it is tried to be viewed or deleted. How do I get rid of the email?

can you help me with the following please, one month ago i could attach multiple pictures in one time, just by clicking on them and the push upgrade, the get automatically compressed by hotmail, i have to attach them one by one know and they are not compressed any more… why is this changed?

my email account madhu_majumdar@hotmail.com is being used by someone else from 29/o2/09 and the person concerned has sent mail from my id stating i am nigeria and need money etc.
i can not access my mail as my password and other details has been changed. i had complained to hotmail without avail . can u do the need ful and help me recover my id , its contents and contacts as they important to me.]hope to hear soon.

my msn hotmail/windows live mail, account closed because of violation of terms, l don’t even know what l did. If account was closed why did it accept emails? There’s 201 that l can’t even access every time l click on the green guy icon in the bottom right corner, a box gives you an option one is e-mail inbox when l click on that and account closed comes up

YES!!! My mother experienced the same problem today. She hasn’t changed her password and yet Hotmail refused to allow her to sign in. Then, after repeated attempts, she got the message that too many attemtps were made.

How can someone get locked out of an account they have had for 7 years without changing their password? How can there not be anyone to phone to correct the situation?

The “Help” area says there’s a support form to fill out, but where is the link or address to find the damn form?
