It has been just 3 days ago when Microsoft has released Windows Live Essentials Beta here is yet again another update from Microsoft, The team has released Windows Live Hotmail Solution Center can also be referred as WLHSC. As the name implies the sole purpose of this web service is to provide customer support and help windows live hotmail users to solve their issues and problems.

Windows Live Hotmail Solution Center currently focusing only on Hotmail related problems but this is not going to be restricted to hotmail.     YES!!! My mother experienced the same problem today. She hasn’t changed her password and yet Hotmail refused to allow her to sign in. Then, after repeated attempts, she got the message that too many attemtps were made.

    How can someone get locked out of an account they have had for 7 years without changing their password? How can there not be anyone to phone to correct the situation?

    The “Help” area says there’s a support form to fill out, but where is the link or address to find the damn form?

    my msn hotmail/windows live mail, account closed because of violation of terms, l don’t even know what l did. If account was closed why did it accept emails? There’s 201 that l can’t even access every time l click on the green guy icon in the bottom right corner, a box gives you an option one is e-mail inbox when l click on that and account closed comes up

    my email account madhu_majumdar@hotmail.com is being used by someone else from 29/o2/09 and the person concerned has sent mail from my id stating i am nigeria and need money etc.

    When I am trying to create Hotmail Online Solution Center Account, I am directed to the Sing In process after which I am informed that my account is blocked. I cannot find the support form to fill up.
    My hotmail account was created more than ten years ago and I have been regularly using it. Unfortunately, I do not remember the the ‘secret answer’ to the question provided at time of registering for hotmail account.

    When I try to access my Hotmail account, the page is blank and I cannot get to my inbox, etc.  I don’t know why this happened, and I don’t know what to do to remedy the situation.
