Hii, i was wondering, is this the same as the VHD that has been leaked? as i have already started the VHD Download, and also which do u recommend, VHD or ISO?
@Markkyy if you haven’t downloaded Windows 7 VHD or just started then i would say stop that download immediately and start downloading windows 7 build 6956 ISO DVD since it’s easier to install then VHD image file which has many issue and may create driver conflict with your machine.Windows 7 VHD is not same as Windows 7 6956 ISO.
ISO DVD is best option in any case. So start downloading Windows 7 6956 ISO DVD.
Only download windows 7 if you can get a ISO file because that comes with the setup program. The VHD version is for smart people
So this will only work for 30 days? (because a serial number is not given and activation needs a serial number).
Previously you could use beta software until the realease software would come to market.
for now it only works for thirty day- 3 resets though. people are still trying to activate it. try using an older windows 7 key or a windows vista key to activate it

to reset the 30 day limit, run CMD as an admin (start>cmd>right click> run as administrator) then paste this
slmgr.vbs -rearm this trick works three time and resets the thirty day countdown

I downloaded this and when I ran the installer, it read: ‘For Testing Purposes Only: Version 6801.’
What’s the story on this? Is it Version 6801 or 6956?

This is 6801 DVD updated with the files of 6956.
6956 is not available in DVD form and just an image of the installation has been available. The chinese hacker has replaced the new files in 6801.
After completing the installations you will have a 6956.
