Sysinternals Suite is one such Windows Utility Pack. You may install such utilities as an when you require, but once their purpose is served most of the users forgets about this system utilities.
In order to help you to easily organize this system utility here is very good freeware portable application, Windows System Control Center 1.3 (WSCC) which lets you to View, Organize & Execute utilities from various system utility suites such as Windows Sysinternals Suite.
Windows System Control Center 1.3 is just an interface. The utilities need to be installed separately however WSCC does provides the interface to download these utilities. WSCC is portable application which doesn’t require any installation, Just Extract the content of the downloaded zip archive to any directory on your computer and start using it.
