Google Search with Enhanced Search Results for Forums & Discussion Boards

Google has been experimenting many new features in its Google Labs to increase users search experience with Google web search. We have seen in past how Google new features like Google Suggest come out of experiments and are live now.
Here is another new features live from Google Lab, This time Google has decided to provide addition information/ snippets for forums and discussion boards in its search result.
Now when you will search on Google and come across link to forums or discussion boards you will also know addition details like the number of posts, the number of authors and the date of the last post below the title.

thats a nice post. is this a part of adsense? just like the custom search?
I think that is not custom search, this is just to enhance the search results and the web master doesnt get paid for it
