I really like CCleaner, but not so positive on defraggler. I tried it once, and it didn’t seem to do a good job- left too many fragmented files behind and could not defragment the MFT.

For now, I am sticking with Diskeeper 2008, which i find to be the best. It’s not free, but the performance is excellent, and it’s the easiest to use. It’s an automatic defragger, so I just installed it and now it does the job in the background without bugging me. Diskeeper also defrags the MFT, pagefile etc., and it defragmented my drives even when there was only ~10% free space :)

What is “Reserved MFT Space”? I’m refering to Piriform Defraggler.
