Download Redsn0w 0.9.5 Beta 5 to Jailbreak iOS 4.0 on iPhone 3G/iPod Touch 2G

It has been few hours now to final iOS 4.0 release and in this few hours we have got Ultrasn0w 0.93 to unlock iOS 4.0 on iPhone 3G & iPhone 3GS with Baseband from 05.13.04 to 04.26.04. We have already published step by step guide to unlock iPhone 3G 4.0 & iPhone 3GS 4.0.

However there is only one issue that no jailbreak tool compatible with today’s iOS 4.0 is available. Redsn0w 0.9.5 Beta 5 can only jailbreak iOS 4.0 GM build. Well now here is updated Redsn0w 0.9.5 Beta 5 released by iPhone dev team which can jailbreak iPhone 3G 4.0 & iPod Touch 4.0.

The updated Redsn0w 0.9.5 Beta 5 only supports the iPhone3G and iPod Touch 2G at today’s 4.0.  It’s still a beta, so you’ll need to let Cydia reorganize, reload, and update after using redsn0w.

Please note. iPhone 3GS users don’t attept to update to iOS 4.0 since there isn’t any jailbreak tool for iOS 4.0 on iPhone 3GS available yet.

iPhone 3GS users can now jailbreak iOS 4.0 on iPhone 3GS with Pwnagetool 4.0.1 & jailbreak iPhone 3GS 4.0 with Sn0wbreeze 1.7 on Windows only if you have old bootrom, here is how to check iPhone 3GS bootrom, new bootrom users can check out how to jailbreak iPhone 3GS 4.0 New bootrom.

    Well this is awesome because it worked and everything I have been using it for about 2 days now and today i tried to install the androidlock on it because its really popular and pretty cool but when i go into settings>androidlock it says at the top ” there was an error loading the preference bundle for AndroidLock ” I have downloaded many different versions and none of them work. Please if you can help me fox this.
