Today we got our first look at the next installment in the Assassins Creed franchise with a teaser trailer entitled “Assassins Creed: Brotherhood (embedded below).  There has been much speculation about the upcoming title and whether or not it may include some aspect of multiplayer this time around with many even going as far as saying it will be a multiplayer only game.

While we don’t learn much from the trailer itself, we also got a look at some of the new weapons included in the game including a syringe, fan, axe, dagger, and claw via this Official Assassins Creed interactive teaser site. One of the weapons shown off on the site is only revealed once solving an Assassins Creed II style puzzle. Once you solve the puzzle it reveals the “Switchblade” shown in the image below.
